Hi there!
I'm Briana

My path into design was an inevitable accident. I earned my Associate in Engineering after being a mechanically-focused and avid STEM student throughout my life. I have always been curious about the logic of systems and how things can fit together to accomplish new things. But something was missing. I stumbled into UX and it felt like my curiosity had a home, where I could explore complex problems and put real-people-needs first.

I am now leading end-to-end website redesigns at MRN Web Designs, working across UX strategy, information architecture, interface design, design systems, and developer handoff. I graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor in Graphic & Experience Design, where I learned that the best design comes from systematic problem-solving, and building from intentional decisions.

Outside of work, I'm usually outside. I never outgrew playing sports, working with my hands, taking photos, or swimming at the lake with my friends. I'm always learning, always questioning, and always looking to improve the world around me.
